Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by Lumiora Cleaning Services LLC (“Lumiora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the cleaning services we offer. By using this website or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Lumiora provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Moreno Valley, CA and nearby communities, including house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnover cleaning, and office cleaning. Specific service details are described on each service page of this website.

2. Quotes and Booking

Quotes provided by phone, text, or email are estimates based on the information you provide, and are confirmed before any service is booked. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition or size of the space differs from what was described. Scheduling, payment methods, and cancellation details are confirmed directly with you when you book.

3. Our Standard

Every visit is performed by a vetted, background-checked, uniformed team, and Lumiora carries bonding and insurance. If something isn’t right after a visit, contact us and we’ll arrange a free re-clean.

4. Website Content

The content on this website — including text, photos, and branding — belongs to Lumiora Cleaning Services LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

5. No Warranty on Website Information

We do our best to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we make no guarantees about its completeness. Service details, pricing factors, and availability are always confirmed directly with you before booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumiora is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any rights you have under our service guarantee or applicable law regarding the cleaning services themselves.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
